Easy Ice, a provider of managed ice machine rentals, has acquired the ice machine leasing division of Armadillo Service Co., based in Amarillo, Texas. The division predominately operates within the Texas panhandle. Easy Ice says the acquisition allows it to bridge the gap between its Oklahoma and New Mexico operations so it can better serve customers in the area.
