High school volleyball continues in the Texas Panhandle this week as a number of schools in the Amarillo area continue their run through the state playoff bracket.
At least one school from the region is still alive in each classification, except for Class 6A, with all four of District 4-4A’s postseason qualifiers in the hunt for a regional title. In total, nine teams from the area remain, with Wildorado, Vega, Bushland, Canyon, Hereford, Randall, West Plains, Amarillo High and Tascosa all fighting to advance in the state tournament.
