Former TDCJ employee pleads guilty to drug charges

AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — A former Texas Department of Criminal Justice Employee has agreed to plead guilty to charges related to bringing contraband into a jail.

According to court documents, Ricky Hall, a former TDCJ employee, agreed to plead guilty to charges for helping to bring drugs into the Clements Unit.

Hall agreed to plead guilty to one count of “Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine.”
