AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — The Texas Department of Transportation’s Amarillo District released its “Know Before You Go” report lane closures for this week.
According to TxDOT, road closures and detours expected throughout this week include:
Closures throughout this week
- Expect various left lane closures on the I-40 frontage roads from Western Street to Grand Street for high mast lighting installation.
- Expect various lane closures in both directions of the SL 335 access roads from Georgia Street to Coulter Street for routine maintenance.
- Expect various lane closures on FM 1061 (Tascosa Road) from State Loop (SL) 335 to Amarillo Boulevard for routine maintenance.
- Expect various right lane and shoulder closures on SH 217 and US 87 in Canyon for signage work.
