A popular place in Amarillo for boba or bubble tea is getting a new owner. This owner is someone you just might know, love, and miss. Leaf and Bubble Tea company was the brainchild of Brooke Skypaula and Anna Hogue who met in 2018. They came together with a love of boba and opened Leaf and Bubble Tea Co.
