AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – The United Family and Mrs. Baird’s Bread is honoring six Amarillo area educators as the December and January winners of “Teachers on the Rise.”
The following teachers are December’s winners:
- Donda Tash, San Jacinto Elementary School
- Autumn Gordon, Bowie Middle School 6th Grade Campus
- Major Diego Barela, Tascosa High School
The following teachers are January’s winners:
- Brandy Dodson, Coronado Elementary School
- Lizzi Manfredi, Bonham Middle School
- Rachel Hall, Canyon High School
A news release states the program highlights how area teachers go above and beyond the call of duty for students.
