Second City of Amarillo employee pleads guilty to stealing money from homeless

AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — A second City of Amarillo employee pleaded guilty to stealing money from the homeless.

Vanessa Robinson, who was a grant manager with the Community Services Department, pleaded guilty Wednesday in federal court to conspiracy to embezzle from a federally funded program.
