Monday brings lighter winds and warmer temperatures, climbing into the 70s and low 80s under dry conditions. The dry weather continues into Tuesday, but later in the week, a system moving in from the west will tap into gulf moisture, bringing a chance of showers and thunderstorms mainly for the southern and eastern Texas panhandle.
