The Texas Department of Public Safety has announced the arrest of another fugitive from the Texas Top Ten Most Wanted Illegal Immigrants List. And it was a tip to Crime Stoppers that helped authorities apprehend him.
Carlos Venegas Ortiz, a Mexican citizen, was arrested in Tarrant County recently. He’s been on the run and wanted in Tarrant County since October 2024 for “continuous sexual abuse of a young child.”
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, 21 persons have been apprehended so far in 2025 from the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list…
