When the QuikTrip moved in off of Bell and Arden here in Amarillo, man wondered if there would be a battle between the Toot’n Totum there on the corner and QuikTrip. Well, it wasn’t much of a battle.
Toot’n Totum shut down the location a few weeks ago, and just yesterday the awning that was over the gas pumps had been torn down and it doesn’t even resemble a TnT anymore.
So with that in the books, speculation will now turn to who is going to buy the building and what it’s going to become. Let’s take a look at some Amarillo favorites as to what it could become.
COFFEE SHOP
