Canyon, Texas is full of great local restaurants that are must-tries of delicious food. Even though the city is growing, it’s the local favorites that keep people coming back for more. There is just something about a local restaurant that makes the food even better because you know you are supporting local businesses.
However, when it’s time to say goodbye, those who run those local businesses fight hard with the decision because they know they are surrounded by a community that has supported them. That’s why it was so sad to hear that another great local business in Canyon has closed.

Hil’s Burgers is located on the south end of Canyon on 23rd Street, 1302 23rd St. Hil’s has been in business for almost 23 years serving up great burgers, and some delicious breakfast burritos.
