Severe thunderstorms that formed late Friday Night into early Saturday morning across the Amarillo & Canyon area produced two possible Tornadoes in the Mescalero Park, Madison Park and Strawberry Fields additions. Social media reports showed several homes with the roofs torn off, outbuildings toppled and fences blown down. The first Tornado Warning for Randall County was issued at 11:34pm Friday night for a possible Twister north of Canyon moving northwest. The second Tornado Warning for Randall County was issued at 12:40am Saturday for another radar indicated rotation north of Canyon and moving northeast toward Lake Tanglewood.
