Sometimes when I am out delivering in Amarillo I feel the customer wants us to play a guessing game. I sometimes wonder if this is a power trip from the customer. Why would they want to do something like this? I don’t know. It just keeps you from your delivery that much longer.

You need to make sure you give us all of the information. If we are delivering to a business, hotel, or apartment you are staying in give us more than the address. Include the name of the business or hotel or even the apartment’s name.
There are a lot of businesses close together sometimes in a shopping center and automatically telling us the business names leaves out any questions. We don’t have to drive up and down the shopping center hunting for the suite number. It makes things easier…
