Access Denied: Amarillo, Texas Construction Hinders Neighboring Business

Driving around Amarillo, you may notice empty buildings that are getting new life. New businesses are happening all over our city. That can be nothing but good news. Our favorite places are being added to our city or getting a new location, what could be bad?

Most places that are getting a facelift to make a once-empty location into a new place don’t inconvenience anyone. They are on their own land, in their own parking lot. We just have to wait for them to be open.

There is One New Location Causing Headaches for Customers in the Area

Recently, I went to get my five-gallon jugs of water filled up. I always go to a nearby water kiosk down Georgia Street in Georgia Village. This is the same shopping center that houses Dollar Tree, there is also a Scooter’s Coffee. Oh, and it is home to our favorite Rug Guy.
