AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — A local restaurant in Amarillo is open for business, inspired by its love for Chicago food.
Fidel Burciaga, owner of Quattros, was born in Chicago and moved to Amarillo when he was young. Burciaga grew up loving Chicago’s diverse food.
Now Open: Casual Conversation Shop brings drinks and clothes
“We have a lot of family and friends up there. And I would visit Chicago, and every time I’d go, I loved it. I love the food up there,” Burciaga said. “As the older I got, whenever I would travel up there, I’d always think to myself, Man, I wish we had some of this food down in the Panhandle.”
