AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — Kids Cafe, a non-profit organization dedicated to feeding children in the area, is feeling the strain of federal funding reductions.
The organization, which serves approximately 1,400 children during the school year, sees a significant increase in demand over the summer months. However, due to financial constraints, Kids Cafe has been forced to limit its services to 2,000 children.
