AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — A popular Amarillo eatery has officially leveled up. Yolos, a veteran-owned café beloved for its creative comfort food and welcoming atmosphere, has opened its newest location at 3221 S. Western Street.
The café first made its mark as a food truck, run by Yolanda Grazier and her husband, Logan Grazier. From there, Yolos transitioned to a brick-and-mortar location on 6th Street before recently relocating to their new Western storefront. The move marks another exciting chapter in their journey, one rooted in family, service and a whole lot of flavor.

And so we decided to partner with him, and we brought Lonesome Rider to Amarillo,” Grazier said.
Yolos stands out for more than its food. With a motto that proudly states they serve “breakfast, brunch, coffee and lunch,” the café has curated a menu that mixes nostalgia with comforting twists. Their PB&J stuffed French toast is a sweet morning classic, while the fan-favorite Mac Attack — a tower of cheesy mac layered on golden tots and topped with thick-cut bacon — is comfort food at its finest. For an extra kick, guests have the option to add green chilis or fresh jalapenos, or Yolanda’s favorite, fried chicken…
