AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) – One of two people who accepted plea deals related to a string of April 2024 robberies was sentenced to nearly six years in prison for possessing a gun as a convicted felon, according to court documents filed in Amarillo Federal Court.
Rosalinda Martinez pleaded guilty to one charge of “Convicted Felon in Possession of a Firearm” in January, as noted in previous reports. Martinez entered that plea in Amarillo Federal Court after being accused of helping Christian Coronado allegedly rob two convenience stores in April 2024.

At the time of Martinez’s plea deal in January, court documents noted that Martinez had allegedly admitted to possessing the gun used in one of the robberies at her home.
