AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — Amarillo College made a $10,000 gift to the Texas Panhandle First Responders Memorial in honor of fallen Amarillo Police Captain Frank Clements.
The gift is helping bring the memorial to life here in Amarillo.
