AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) – West Texas A&M University is offering summer camps for children of all ages from now until September, with a variety of options.
According to officials from WT, between now and September, WT’s Extended Studies program will offer a variety of activities, including music, athletics, meat judging, and engineering. Officials also stated that more than 7,200 students were on WT’s campus for these camp programs last summer.
“It’s a great way for us to connect with the community, and it’s also a great way for us to show all that we have on campus and support our kids in different ways and teach them something new,” said Director of Extended Studies Jessica Hankey.
