RANDALL COUNTY, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — The Randall County District Attorney, Robert Love, reported that Joshua Griffin Borders was sentenced to 14 years in prison following his conviction for a second-degree felony.
Borders, 31, was found guilty on June 4 of “Indecency with a Child,” sexually touching an 8-year-old child in a 2022 incident that occurred at a residence between Amarillo and Canyon. The child disclosed the abuse to an adult immediately after the incident, and law enforcement was promptly notified.
