AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — After three years of scooping ice cream from a food truck, COW: Cream Over Waffles is now serving up its handcrafted desserts from a new brick-and-mortar location in Amarillo.
COW started as a food truck offering homemade ice cream and waffles, but the new shop now offers paninis, “dressed moo shakes” and sandwich platters made with all-natural ingredients.
“We now have paninis along with dressed milkshakes,” Amanda Gilliland, co-owner of COW. “We expanded our menu to not only do ice cream, but to keep the business bustling with more than just an ice cream business but a full menu.”
