There have been a lot of creative ways people have tried to ship drugs to and from Amarillo. One favorite seems to be throwing it on a Greyhound bus and coming into the Amarillo bus station with it.
Other methods usually involve cars or finding mules and different ways to transport them. However, this may be one of the stranger ones I’ve seen, and I’m blown away that someone actually tried to ship it in this manner.
What Was Being Shipped
Well, to put it simply, it was meth. A very large amount of meth to be honest. 19.5 pounds of it to be exact.
Maybe it was a little Thanksgiving surprise, but police found the package on November 25, 2024, and are just now locking down who it came from.
The Suspect Is From Amarillo
