Potter County Deputies arrested Erasmo Castillo Wednesday morning at 12:43 in the 1500 block of South Western on charges of driving while intoxicated and an ICE Hold. Tina Renay Mitchell, age 56 was arrested Wednesday at 2:30am on charges of theft of property less than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions, failure to ID as a fugitive with intent to give false information. Lisa Janell Smith was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon Wednesday at 9am. Smith was already in custody in the Potter County Detenion Center. Deputies arrested 21-year-old Adanari Hernandez Wednesday at 10:15am on charges of assault causing bodily injury to a family member.
