Randall County Deputies arrested 69-year-old Terry Gene Duncan Saturday at 6am on charges of driving while intoxicated and failure to stop at a stop sign. Deputies arrested John Michael Mitchell, age 58, Saturday at 6:05am on charges of possession of a controlled substance penalty group-1 and possession of a controlled substance penalty group-2. Jay Eran Ramos, age 24 was arrested Saturday at 10:05am on charges of driving while intoxicated-2nd offense. Deputies arrested 47-year-old Mariano Isidoro Romero Saturday at 1:37pm on charges of aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury.
