Potter County arrested 44-year-old Bradley Lypond McMorris, Junior Wednesday at 12:30pm on charges of driving while intoxicated-3 or more offense. Wednesday at 12:46pm, Potter County Deputies arrested Jessica Lynn Black, age 37 on charges of possession of a controlled substance penalty group-1 and driving while intoxicated.
