Ceta Canyon strengthens emergency plans after deadly flood in Hill Country

AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — In the wake of a devastating flood that claimed the lives of at least 27 children and counselors at Camp Mystic in the Texas Hill Country, camp officials are taking significant steps to enhance safety measures.

“Safety is number one, whether it be for the kids, staff or the directors,” said Ceta Camp CEO Joe Alarcon.
