AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — Today, a Potter County man entered into a plea agreement on drug-related charges.
Robert Horne agreed to plead guilty to “Conspiracy to Distribute and Possess with Intent to Distribute 50 grams or more of Methamphetamine,” and “Possession with Intent to Distribute 50 grams or more of Methamphetamine.”
Documents showed that in April, the Amarillo Police Department received information that Horne was distributing drugs and searched his home. Police were reported to have found meth in the home…
