Potter County man faces drug indictment amid manslaughter accusations

AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – A Potter County grand jury indicted a man Wednesday for possession of methamphetamine found after police say he killed a man and charged him with intoxication manslaughter.

On Wednesday, a Potter County grand jury voted to indict 35-year-old Brett Hudson for possession of a controlled substance, or namely methamphetamine, a third-degree felony.
