It’s not unusual for restaurants to close in Amarillo. Unfortunately, they seem to come and go. We have had a few that have closed but decided to merge with another restaurant. Those seem easier to take.
Mergers Are Nothing New in Amarillo Dining
We end up losing a place to eat in our favorite location, but they are still here, just maybe a little bit further down the road. That happened when The Lost Cajun moved into the same building as The Pancake Station. Unfortunately, that didn’t last.
