Amarillo loves a good controversy, and this year, the Potato Factory has been a huge source of drama for people to follow.
It’s been one big saga that has dragged on for a couple of months now, and still doesn’t have a resolution on what started it. However, we now officially have a resolution to the fate of the restaurant.
What Happened At the Potato Factory
Just a quick catch-up here in case you’ve missed all the drama. An employee found a cell phone hidden in the bathroom at Potato Factory and reported it to the police. They investigated the situation and ultimately arrested the owner of the restaurant.
Once that all began, the restaurant closed for a couple of days, and a sign went up on the door mentioning it would be under new ownership and would be open that Monday, which in turn they were.
