AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — Gracie’s Project has seen a few dogs abandoned in front of the Gracie’s Project Store located at 4515 S Georgia Street.

He’s a little pit mix. He is now in our care, of course, but unfortunately, we didn’t have room for him. We’ve had to adjust and make concessions to try to help him out.”
According to Merriett, two puppies were also abandoned on Tuesday morning.
“They were going to leave the dogs out here with no food, no water, no real shelter, hoping that somebody would take care of their problem instead of trying to fix their issue or fix their dogs so that we don’t have these problems,” Merriett said…
