We are waking up to an overcast sky with scattered showers and embedded thunderstorms. Temperatures are in the low 60’s. As the day unfolds, a mostly cloudy sky will continue with additional areas of rain. Please stay weather aware, if you are in a storm environment. Lightning, wind, and pockets of heavy rain will be the main concerns. Nuisance flooding could occur where thunderstorms train or move slowly over the same area. Temperatures this afternoon will stay on the cooler side with highs in the 70’s and low 80’s.
Tomorrow may see a round of wet weather lasting through midday, along with temps in the 70’s to near 80, while Monday, Labor Day, should be sunny and nice with numbers around 85…
