RANDALL COUNTY, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — A Randall County man accused of planning an attack on the Fourth of July was formally indicted.
According to court documents filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Amarillo Division, Kevin Hunt, 18, was charged with “Attempted Use of a Weapon of Mass Destruction.”
As was previously reported on Myhighplains, Hunt was arrested in July for allegedly having components of explosives.
