Satan’s Shadow: Survivor shares story of Panhandle Friday the 13th attacks

PANHANDLE, Texas (KFDA) – Thirty-five years after a violent crime spree in Panhandle, a survivor of Kenneth Glenn Milner’s attack is sharing his story.

“I want him to stay there for the rest of his life, and if he gets out, I firmly believe he’ll kill again. Sociopaths, they don’t change, and that’s what he is,” said Ken Williams, survivor of Friday the 13th shooting.
