AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – An Amarillo man appeared in court on Friday to plead guilty to four felony offenses stemming from an April 23 arrest.
Aaron James Smith, 28, was charged with:
- Assault of a pregnant person – Third-degree felony
- Abandon/endanger a child – Third-degree felony
- Assault of a family member w/ previous conviction – State jail felony
- Evading arrest or detention w/ a previous conviction – State jail felony
A Randall County grand jury indicted Smith for all four felony offenses in June.
