Deputies arrested 36-year-old Marcus Allen Freeman Monday afternoon at 2:30 in the 900 block of North Alabama for a Parole Violation. PSO arrested 17-year-old Alfredo Mireles Monday at 4:13pm in the 1300 block of Northwest 14th Avenue.
