Potter County indicts man for ketamine possession

AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – An grand jury decided there was enough evidence to prosecute an Amarillo man for an April arrest.

The indictment charges Brandon Keith Miles, 41, with possession of a controlled substance, namely ketamine, in an amount more than 4 grams but less than 400 grams.

In Texas, the offense is a second-degree felony and can be punished by up to 20 years in prison…
