Potter County Sheriff’s Saturday Arrests
Potter County Deputies arrested 52-year-old Billy Derek Saturday morning at 11:27 in the 1800 block of Amarillo Blvd East for Fraud use of Identifying Information, Fraud use of a Credit or Debit Card, Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, a City Charge and a JP Charge. Deputies arrested Roberto Isai Chavez, age 23 Saturday at 1:15am in the 1700 block of I-40 East for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1, Driving While Intoxicated-2nd Offense and two JP Charges. Saturday morning at 1:25, Deputies arrested 34-year-old Valorie Nichole Flemons in the 1900 block of Karen for Driving While Intoxicated. PSO arrested 38-year-old Michael Aundry Mitchell Saturday morning at 2 at Gem Lake and Amarillo Blvd for Driving While Intoxicated. Deputies arrested Sabina Clarase Paulk, age 40 Saturday at 8:10pm in the 3800 block of Olsen Blvd for Driving While Intoxicated. Deputies arrested Xavier Miguel Vela, age 19 Saturday morning at 12:45 in the 2700 block of South Osage for Driving While Intoxicated with an Open Alcohol Container.
Potter County Deputies arrested Alexis Flores, age 25 Saturday afternoon at 1:30 in the 2700 block of Southwest 6th avenue for Unlawfully Carrying a Weapon and a City Charge. 61-year-old Lino Franco of Kissimmee, Florida was arrested Saturday afternoon at 2:10 in the 3700 block of I-40-East for Theft of Property between $100 and $750. Deputies arrested 33-year-old Stacy Frost Saturday morning at 12:49 in the 900 block of Amarillo Blvd-East for Assault on a Peace Officer, Resisting Arrest and a City Charge. 41-year-old Guadalupe Garcia was arrested Saturday morning at 1:59 in the 1900 block of I-40-East for Possession of Marijuana and Driving While Intoxicated. PSO arrested 62-year-old Juan Octavio Garcia Saturday afternoon at 5 in the 1200 block of North Nelson for Driving While Intoxicated. Robert Alan Reavis, age 54 was arrested Saturday afternoon at 3:55 in the 1000 block of Amarillo Blvd-East for Criminal Trespass. Potter County arrested 24-year-old Cannon J.
