AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — According to documents filed in Amarillo Federal Court, one man was sentenced to more than 6 years in prison on charges of “Alien in Possession of a Firearm.”
Adan Munoz-Lugo took a plea deal back in May agreeing to plead guilty to a charge of “Alien in Possession of a Firearm” while he was being investigated for charges related to child exploitation.
Grandmother pleads no contest in deaths of two Kansas moms
Munoz-Lugo was sentenced to 78 months in prison on the charge. The charge is set to run consecutively to any sentence he could receive in pending court cases.
