Potter County Deputies arrested 51-year-old Terry Cleon Evans Wednesday at 5:42pm in the 700 block of Sycamore for two Out-Of-County Charges. Deputies arrested Joshua Coby Gilbert Wednesday at 3:45pm in the 200 block of South Rusk for Assault on a Family or Household Member with a Previous Conviction and Violation of a Bond or Protective Order.
