An Amarillo Police Officer conducted a traffic stop Wednesday morning at 6:42 at the intersection of the I-40East access road and South Nelson Street on a suspected DWI. They arrested 24-year-old Vince Benavidez for Driving While Intoxicated with an Open Alcohol Container.
