Randall County Deputies arrested 30-year-old Aaron Quinton Harper Saturday morning at 7:38 for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon and No Driver’s License. DeWayne Richard Lowery, age 58 was arrested Saturday at 8:10am for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Resisting Arrest and Criminal Mischief between $750 and $2,500. Saturday at 10:06am, Deputies arrested 55-year-old Floyd Marion Sigler for Criminal Mischief between $2,500 and $30,000 and Public Intoxication.
