AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – As the government shutdown continues, there are resources available in the Texas Panhandle and Eastern New Mexico to help fill the gap.
High Plains Food Bank
The High Plains Food Bank is seeing an increased demand during the shutdown.
Due to the pause of SNAP come November, the food bank has been stocking up on food to make sure no one in the region goes hungry.
