Convicted felon accused of ‘flashing a gun’ at Palo Duro High School

AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — A convicted felon is accused of “flashing a gun” at Palo Duro High School.

Shyrius Donquale Matthews was indicted by a Potter County grand jury for unlawful carrying of a weapon in a prohibited place, and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.

According to court records obtained by ABC 7 News, police officers working at Palo Duro on Sept. 23 were notified Matthews was “flashing a gun on campus.”…
