Christmas Tradition Continues at Canyon’s Museum

When it comes to things we did not expect to see happen in the Amarillo area in 2025, one of the big ones would be something that happened in Canyon. Nobody saw the Panhandle-Plains Historical Museum closing down.

It happened right before Spring Break, and they haven’t been able to open their doors since. They’re still working on repairs and plans to reopen.. The great thing is that even with the doors shut, they are not letting that slow them down.

For most places, a closed door would mean the end of business. It would mean most things you expect to see happen there would cease to exist. That is not true with the Panhandle-Plains Historical Museum.
