Amarillo Residents Invited to Share Input on City Transit Plan at Upcoming Meetings

Amarillo City Transit (ACT) is asking residents to give feedback on the Coordinated Public Transit-Human Services Transportation Plan. The plan is designed to improve transportation for seniors, people with disabilities, and those with lower incomes. ACT Director Chris Quigley said community feedback will help shape public transportation services in the city.

ACT has started an online survey and will hold two public meetings at the ACT Multimodal Terminal on November 18 and November 20, 2025. Free transportation to these meetings will be provided to help all residents take part in the planning process…
