Potter County Sheriffs Deputies arrested 59-year-old Teri Chora Thursday at 6:15pm in the 1700 block of South Jackson for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1 and a an Outstanding City Charge. Quinton Lane Churchwell, age 23 or Canyon was arrested Thursday morning at 12:25 in the 900 block of South Georgia for Driving While Intoxicated, bond was set at $3,500. Deputies arrested 45-year-old Rahiel Antonio Estrada-Paz Thursday at 2pm for Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle, Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1 and Evading Arrest. PSO arrested 34-year-old Jerry Allen Loveday Thursday at 1:30pm in the 3700 block of West Hastings for Aggravated Assault Causing Serious Bodily Injury, and three JP Charges.
