RANDALL COUNTY, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — The Randall County District Attorney, Robert Love, announced a man was sentenced to 20 years in prison in a 2021 murder in Randall County.
Charles Parsons, of Bluff Dale, Texas, was sentenced to 20 years in prison for the murder of Allen Ward in 2021 in Randall County.
The Randall County DA said the offense stems from a 2021 incident when Parsons and Ward were visiting Amarillo.
Officials said Parsons allowed Ward to drive his vehicle but became irritated with Ward’s driving. Parsons caused the vehicle to wreck, and while it was flipped, he shot Ward, killing him.
