CANYON, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — West Texas A&M University reported that the University Police Department received a report of a fondling incident that involved a juvenile on campus.
2 people arrested in Farwell after a ‘rolling domestic’
WT said it was reported that a juvenile victim was touched inappropriately in an on-campus building. The incident was alleged to have happened between Nov. 17 and Nov. 19.
WT officials said University PD and local agencies are investigating the incident.
